In addition, we also offer places on our vacation and sandwich year internships. These work placements provide invaluable industry experience while you’re still studying towards your engineering qualification.

GRADUATE MECHANICAL ENGINEER

Centrax creates a series of high-efficiency gas turbine generator packages to suit a wide range of industries and power applications. We’re driven to provide world-class power generation. From our base in South West England, our independent company serves a diverse international market – delivering complete power generation solutions, from design and engineering to assembly and maintenance.

We are seeking a Graduate Mechanical Engineer responsible for delivery of assigned projects on time, to specification and within budget.

Reporting to the Engineering Manager this role is Newton Abbot office-based, but includes regular business travel to customer and supplier locations worldwide as well as test and commissioning support.

In your graduate role you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience, working with highly skilled professionals, while developing business relationships and broadening your knowledge by spending time in multiple areas of the business.

GRADUATE MANUFACTURING ENGINEER

From our base in South West England, our independent company serves a diverse international market – delivering complete power generation solutions, from design and engineering to assembly and maintenance.

Do you have plenty of initiative and curiosity? Are you eager to problem solve and implement solutions? We are looking for a graduate to develop and improve our manufacturing processes by studying production and manufacturing methods. Designing, planning and implementing manufacturing systems, equipment and processes will be your main focus.

In your graduate role you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience, working with highly skilled professionals, while developing business relationships and broadening your knowledge by spending time in multiple areas of the business.
