Centrax are looking to appoint an experienced International Financial Manager, CIMA part qualified, who can be flexible to support the needs of the Finance Department in meeting stringent weekly, monthly, quarterly & annual reporting & filing requirements relating to our International entities, operations & activities.
You will manage a small team to provide all finance functions associated with International operations, working with International stakeholders, including (employees, payroll, book-keepers & accountants, auditors & tax authorities
Reporting into the Financial Reporting Manager & Executive Manager of Finance

You will manage a small team to provide all finance functions associated with International operations, working with International stakeholders, including (employees, payroll, book-keepers & accountants, auditors & tax authorities
Reporting into the Financial Reporting Manager & Executive Manager of Finance

Responsibilities to include:

  • Monthly Management Accounts
  • Reconciliation of quarterly accounts with advisors
  • Annual Statutory Accounts
  • International Audit
  • Forecasting
  • Corporate governance and compliance
  • VAT & Tax – working with local in country advisors

Knowledge & Skills

Essential:

  • Ability to work independently & within working groups
  • Management of time & resource to meet strict deadlines both internally and externally
  • People management & development of small finance team
  • Problem solving
  • IT Skills – including advances excel & extraction of data using ERP systems & financial reporting tools
  • Ability to work with in country advisors – In production of management accounts / audit / corporate compliance / TAX & VAT inquiries
  • CIMA part qualified with a minimum 3-5 years in financial position
  • Previous experience in production of financial reporting information

Desirable:

  • Languages
  • Willingness to travel Internationally
  • Experience in working within a multi currency & multi national group
