Commercial & Warranty Administrator

Centrax is seeking an experienced administrator to assist the Commercial & Contracts Manager and Deputy Commercial Manager in all activities as required within the Commercial Department in Newton Abbot and provide administration assistance to our depots in Europe and Tunisia. This position will be Newton Abbot office based. Start date will be subject to completion of satisfactory pre-employment screening.

Responsibilities to include:

  • Provide support to the Commercial Team to ensure all commercial activities are carried out for Centrax Ltd UK and Centrax associated international companies located in Spain, Germany, Netherlands, Italy, France, Portugal, Ireland, and Tunisia.
  • To raise CMC and SMI Contract Invoices on a monthly basis as required,
  • To aid and support Centrax depots throughout Europe, on providing parts and labour service estimates, obtain purchase orders and raise invoices.
  • To identify, check and process FOC Invoices for contract parts issued to Service Contracts using Lotus and Syteline systems.
  • To identify, check, raise quotations and invoice for “chargeable” parts not included within service contracts.
  • To aid Deputy Manager in producing and sending Contract Price Indexation letters.
  • To aid Deputy Manager on identifying potential AFA Warranty parts, as well as raising, processing, monitoring and reporting AFA claims as required.
  • Ensure AFA claim parts are stored, identified and accounted for.
  • To carry out general admin duties, posting, filing, etc
  • To professionally represent Centrax Gas Turbine Division to all external parties.

Knowledge & Skills

Essential:

  • A steady and methodical work attitude with the ability to be flexible and adapt to tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work using own initiative and as part of a team.
  • Good numeracy skills and attention to detail.
  • Good organisational and investigative skills.
  • IT skills including data input, Outlook, Word and Excel.

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of Syteline and ability to learn and adapt to new systems.
  • Experience in invoicing contracts and/or raising warranty claims
